SHIPPING TIME

  • Our order processing time is 3-5 business days if you choose our standard shipping option. We ship Monday through Friday from Florida or our shipping facility in NY. Once shipped, your package will most likely be delivered in 4-8 days. 
  • RUSH SHIPPING: Rush shipments received before 1:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday are usually shipped out the same business day via USPS Priority Mail. Orders received over the weekend are shipped out on Monday.
  • Priority mail usually takes 2-3 business days in transit depending on how far you live from Florida. We guarantee that we will ship it on time, and that we will choose priority mail. After it ships, the post office is responsible for delivery, and they do not guarantee priority mail delivery times. 
  • If you need your order rushed, you MUST choose this option at checkout. Rush shipping cannot be added once the order has been submitted.
  • We currently do not offer overnight shipping.

STANDARD SHIPPING:  

  • Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
  • Transit time is usually 4-8 days depending on how far you live from Florida

SHIPMENT TRACKING

  • Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through the USPS website (usps.com).
